We aim to despatch orders same working day or within 24 hours, and tracking information (where available) is provided via email once your order is despatched.

Our packaging is designed to traverse the postal system ensuring your item(s) arrive to you unscathed, however if an insured item is damaged or lost in transit please notify us right away and we will follow up with our carrier to attain resolution as promptly as possible.

In the rare case where an order placed is undeliverable, you will be notified and either refunded in full or given the option to arrange alternative delivery (e.g. via alternative carrier or courier service etc.).

If your destination is not listed, it doesn't mean we can't ship to you! Please contact us to arrange delivery to your location.
